Joined up looking to take advantage of their 100% bonus and free spins offer. Unfortunately despite depositing and wagering the required amount I did not receive my bonus. Emailed their customer services to try and resolve the situation but my emails were ignored.

I used to love this site but in the last couple of weeks it seems to constantly be unavailable ? I always get the message header to big or site may have moved to new address which means I miss out on spinning the daily wheel

Giving 4 stars as there is many good games which I like on the site. Withdrawals are fast, usually in my account within a few hours, and stress free, you don’t have to send them lots of personal documents to verify your account (which annoys me with other sites) I’ve had a couple of ok wins on the site so far, so enjoying playing. Only downfall is that sometimes the games freeze and kicks you out the game saying an error has occurred, but doesn’t happen too much so not a big issue

I have created an account and deposited around €400.
I have won around €1900 and have it sat in my account waiting to withdraw.
I am waiting to be verified so I can withdraw. I’m skeptical because of the reviews but so far so simple. I’ve got everything recorded incase anything goes wrong.
I will update any process or issues.

Day 2 - my card and address has been verified, my uk license was not accepted so was asked for my passport, have sent that in and will see what happens.
Also had a nice call from one of the staff saying I can give her a call with any issues, she was very friendly and informative. Still a 5 star service from me!

I use many online gaming sites. This is perhaps the worst I've encountered. Far too many 'errors' making the games close down and asking you to refresh to play. When you refresh, the game in action has finished and the stake has been taken. I've lost at least £20 in stakes in the last 24 hours due to 'errors'. They claim 'unfinished games' are completed when disconnected or encounter an error - however, in games like slingo, the player has choices to make - which can't happen if the game ceases. Online chat is available but I've never managed to get through - it always cuts off when you are number 1 in the queue.
The transaction history is impossible to use - requiring you input 'conditions' but there is no explaination of what these conditions actually are. Avoid this site - there are far better and more transparent sites.

I joined deposited 20 every game I played constantly crashed I was forever restarting games it kept saying slow internet connection which is bull as I’ve played on other sites not had this problem so decided to play my money and close account no option to close only timeout of maximum of 6 weeks or self exclude so chose to self exclude which makes me look like I’ve a gambling problem which is not the case a horrible site if your happy to keep resetting games then fine but if not there is better sites to play on virgin bet, bwin play casino etc

I got big win when the game crashed, and after restarting the session the win was never recieved. I tried to contact help centre bu was waiting in the chat room for hour without any respond while been n.1 in que.
I really think this server should be put down
